The NYS Legislature passed the Union Communications bill. The debate and fight for it to be amended is far from over. We must take action, now!
I am 1000% on board with you here. Hochul will likely not sign this... till AFTER the election. Veto is unlikely (but not impossible) --- GOOD LUCK 🙏

For there to be an amendment one of two things must happen (1) It must be taken up in special session over the summer, or (2) Hochul let's it die.
Then in 2027 the bill could come up again with potential to amend
I would be interesting to know how much money NYSUT and/or COPE has given to legislators and the Governor?
10's of thousands easily, likely hundreds of thousands. This is what UFT is best at
