Yesterday, October 26th, at the Retired Teachers Chapter (RTC) meeting, UFT president, Michael Mulgrew, in a sign of clear desperation sought to convince UFT retirees that he was now working with Marianne Pizzitola and NYC retirees, and the City, on a compromise to force city retirees into a privatized Medicare Advantage plan.
I was there. I guess Mulgrew & Co. were afraid we'd attack them with our walkers.
