It was so hard for me to teach using Danielson. it sucked alot of the magic and spontaneity out of my lessons. & it was used more like a weapon by APs instead of a tool I could use to grow. and I love that line about the difference between an effective and a developing could be a zip code. i loved a lot of lines but yea great article!
