Mr. Mulgrew has repeatedly said that health care costs are out-of-control ,as you pointed out as well, why did Mr.Mulgrew and the MLC agree to provide 600 million dollars of health care savings every year when health care is out-of-control?
Can the MLC impose a plan without the approval of the MLC? The legal provisions creating the MLC say only that the City must consult it over healthcare programs. However, the detailed opinion of the State Appellate Court upholding Judge Frank's injunction rules out any changes to the Medicare and Seniorcare for Medicare eligible retirees
