A Thank you and Take Action
We join NYC retirees to thank the city council members that have shown the courage to stand for our city retirees and city workers (future retirees) by co-sponsoring Intro 1099!
While we are thankful for the decision, yesterday, that permanently enjoins the City and MLC from forcing retirees into Medicare Advantage, we need all in NYC’s City Council to stand with the rank and file who undergird this great City by further enshrining this protection into the law.
