Continuously changing curricula has clearly not worked. These problems (teacher frustration, superfocus on performative PD rather than students) are not new. When are the districts going to stop and smell the coffee? Investment in time and money has to be directed towards better student-teacher-family relationships and getting input from the students about the curricula.
