Thank you, enlightening . The money from our dues and contributions being used

“in our best interests,” could be in quotations. Was it “in our best interests” for Mulgrew and Unity team to raid our retiree healthcare stabilization fund for teacher raises, not repay it as promised, and owe the city that 600 million yearly?

Which is now being addressed in Adams using our tax dollars to continue suing us in court to try to recoup that money by depriving senior/disabled nyc Retired public service employees their rights to promised healthcare in retirement. And after our lifetime of service in demanding, often grueling city jobs.

Thank you for the kind words.

Definitely agreed that "in our best interests" could be in quotes given everything Mulgrew has done to retirees and in-service members.

If someone wanted to write a book on how to destroy the healthcare of an entire union, they need only look at what Mulgrew has done to us.

Nice work. Very informative. I do not donate to COPE but I do donate and volunteer for politicians I want to support. The UFT supports too many bad actors.

Thank you for the kind words. I try not to dissuade people from donating to COPE, but I don't blame you at all, especially after seeing where a lot of our money goes.

Thank you for your research. My concern is that would any of these elected officials sponsor a bill to audit the Health Insurance Stabilization Fund?

Would DiNapoli audit the Fund?

Thanks as always.

All good questions. Not sure if anyone has the backbone to take that on, but if enough of us make enough noise, anything is possible.
