The @DC37nyc (& subsequent other city unions) giveback is forcing RETIREES into AETNA MEDICARE ADVANTAGE plan.For raises that are pay cuts w/ inflation. They will mortgage lives of seniors with its slew of preauthorizations for pay cuts. Wait till we see the new plan for actives!
